Book button not working

If you are getting errors when pressing the BOOK button, or nothing happens, please check the following.

Please note:
This must be performed by an Admin who is the Owner of the Teams channel (ideally the service account for the Asset Booker application).

  1. Open Power Apps in Teams and locate the environment where the application is installed. Click on the Teams environment from the list on the left, then click See all.

  2. Select Cloud flows from the left menu.
  3. Check the Status column and ensure all cloud flows are set to On.

    The following cloud flows being off may cause booking errors:
    • SingleBooking
    • NonSingleBookings
    • DeleteBookings
    • RecurringEvents

  4. Click on Apps from the left menu, open Asset Booker, and wait for it to load.

    Then click on the Power Automate icon on the left-hand side.

  5. Review the list of flows and check if any appear as Not connected.
  6. For each flow that is not connected, click the three dots and select Refresh. There should be 5 processes in total.
  7. Click the Publish icon in the top-right corner.
  8. When prompted, click Next, then Save and Close.
