  • Implemented auto-height for location & asset text fields to ensure lengthy text fits properly.

Terms & Conditions Screen:
  • Introduced a toggle switch to enable/disable the Terms & Conditions feature.
  • Disabling the feature removes the Terms & Conditions option from users' menus and eliminates the need for acceptance. Previously, once set, this feature was permanent.
Search Screen:
  • Resolved a bug where bookings for Set Aside Assets were not being deleted.
Booking Admin Screen:
  • Users can now select multiple assets to apply a property to simultaneously, streamlining the input process.
  • Increased the maximum number of assets per plan to 70.
All Users Search feature:
  • Improved performance by implementing a new User table to replace the Power Automate flow for collecting all users in a Team.
  • Added three new Power Automate processes:
    1. Populating all users in a Teams group to the User table (only required at the time of update).
    2. Automatically adding new users or groups to the User table when added to the Team.
    3. Removing users from the table when deleted from the Team, maintaining data integrity.

  • Book ahead period has been increased to 24 months/720 days
  • After a Microsoft update, some installations may have encountered issues with the 'Book' button not functioning. We have implemented a fix for this, so please proceed with the update if you have experienced any problems with the 'Book' button.

  • Resolved an issue affecting certain installations where setting the minimum booking period to 2 hours or more was causing issues.
    • Previously, despite the minimum duration being displayed as a 2-hour block, the final processed booking was consistently set to 1 hour.

  • The check-in feature has been updated to be available only during the booking time, as opposed to its previous availability at any time during the day.
  • A new feature has been introduced for Admins/Approvers:
    • The "Show all bookings" screen now includes a drop-down selection with the following options: [Today’s bookings, Require approval, Currently on site].
    • Deselecting an option will display all bookings from today onwards.
    • Selecting "Today’s bookings" will show all bookings for the current day.
    • Choosing "Require approval" will display bookings pending approval but only for the locations to which the user has been assigned.
    • Opting for "Currently on site" will list users who are currently booked in within a selected location, which can be particularly helpful during activities like fire drills.
    • Admin/Approver users now have the option to email a PDF copy of people currently booked in for selected location.
  • A new feature has been added on the Admin screen. Users with approval permissions are now listed with an Approval icon as an indicator.
    • Approvers can now be removed from the Admin screen through an additional pop-up that appears after clicking the Approver icon.

  • A fix to bring in all users added to the Teams Group – some organisations were not able to find all users from the people selector.

  • Daylight Saving: Addressed an issue where some future bookings were inadvertently scheduled for the following day due to the adjustment for daylight saving, resulting in an extra hour added to the booking date.
  • Minor Fixes: This update encompasses a range of improvements, including fixes for spelling errors, updates to icons, and various other minor adjustments.
