- A new User refresh button has been added to the Admin screen – press this if newly added Team members do not update automatically.

- Invite others:
- You can now invite others to a booking, similar to inviting people to a meeting by entering attendees, subject, and message.
- A calendar invite is sent to everyone.
- Limit the number of attendees based on room capacity.
- Recurring Bookings:Re-imagined with the ability to book between two dates – weekly and various monthly options.
My Bookings- Single and recurring bookings are now identifiable.
- Recurring bookings have an info icon that shows a summary of the recurrence.

Asset Plan Management- A new toggle has been added to enable/disable ‘book on behalf of’ – found when editing a location for the selected Asset Type.
Asset Type Management- A new setting to ‘Enable Invitation’.
- If ‘Enable Invitation’ is turned on, ‘Limit Invitation’ can also be turned on/off.
Admin Management
- Logged-in Admins cannot modify their own settings or delete themselves.
- A new settings icon (top right) allows changing the branding colour and logo.
Other- A number of user interface improvements and enhancements.

- Added functionality to allow users to release bookings made on behalf of others.
Terms & Conditions Screen:- Introduced a toggle switch to enable/disable the Terms & Conditions feature.
- Disabling the feature removes the Terms & Conditions option from users' menus and eliminates the need for acceptance. Previously, once set, this feature was permanent.
Search Screen:- Resolved a bug where bookings for Set Aside Assets were not being deleted.
Booking Admin Screen:- Users can now select multiple assets to apply a property to simultaneously, streamlining the input process.
- Increased the maximum number of assets per plan to 70.
All Users Search feature:- Improved performance by implementing a new User table to replace the Power Automate flow for collecting all users in a Team.
- Added three new Power Automate processes:
- Populating all users in a Teams group to the User table (only required at the time of update).
- Automatically adding new users or groups to the User table when added to the Team.
- Removing users from the table when deleted from the Team, maintaining data integrity.

Release Date: 23 October 2023 | - The check-in feature has been updated to be available only during the booking time, as opposed to its previous availability at any time during the day.
- A new feature has been introduced for Admins/Approvers:
- The “Show all bookings” screen now includes a drop-down selection with the following options: [Today’s bookings, Require approval, Currently on site].
- Deselecting an option will display all bookings from today onwards.
- Selecting “Today’s bookings” will show all bookings for the current day.
- Choosing “Require approval” will display bookings pending approval but only for the locations to which the user has been assigned.
- Opting for “Currently on site” will list users who are currently booked in within a selected location, which can be particularly helpful during activities like fire drills.
- Admin/Approver users now have the option to email a PDF copy of people currently booked in for selected location.
- A new feature has been added on the Admin screen. Users with approval permissions are now listed with an Approval icon as an indicator.
- Approvers can now be removed from the Admin screen through an additional pop-up that appears after clicking the Approver icon.
