Approvers scheduled notification setting

From version 6 onwards, we have a new approvers notification email, which is sent our periodically for any bookings that require approval.

An email is only sent out to the designated approvers, if there are bookings pending approval.

Default setting is:

  • Mon – Fri
  • Every 1 hour
  • 8am – 5pm

This can be adjusted to suit your business needs by editing the cloud flow, ‘Notify Approval Required’.

Click on Edit from the 3 dots.

You will then come to the following screen where you can adjust the schedule as required.

Click on ‘Edit’ under the Recurrence action à Show advanced options.

You can now adjust the schedule, then click Save and go back.
