Missing newly added team members

If you are unable to locate team members who have been added to the designated Asset Booker Team, please follow these steps to troubleshoot.

Only users with Admin privileges can perform this action.

  1. Open the Asset Booker and go to the Admin section.
  1. Click on the ‘Update’ button along the toolbar.
  1. Please read the information about this process, then click Update.
  2. Depending on the number of members in this Team, updating the users may take some time.
  3. Please keep an eye out for the confirmation email, after which you will need to reload the application.
If you find that you need to perform this step each time a new member is added, please contact your system administrator.
