Patch Update Error
Are you facing an error whilst updating to version 8.60 and above as below?
If Yes, please follow the instruction below to overcome this issue, otherwise please get in contact with us.
- Click on Tables from the left menu and locate ‘ASB_Config‘.
- Once the table data is visible, you want to ensure you can view the following two columns:
Title & ConfigValue
Click Save and then the +26 additional rows
- Locate the row which has the Title = ‘InstalledTeamsID’ and copy the ‘Value’.
- Go back (top left button on toolbar)
Expand Other and select Environmental Variable
Now paste the ID you have copied in the box for Current Value and click save.
