In these unprecedented times, those lucky enough to be able to work from home have probably by now gotten very much accustomed to the new way of working. Companies are now adapting and making use of the technology that they’ve always had (and paid for!) but never really used it to its full potential. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts are the ever popular tools to enable this remote collaboration. At the same time, whilst it is important to ensure that work continues, these tools can be used to ensure staff are upbeat, positive and are just doing OK! Remember those tea breaks we all went on; most of the time we never really spoke about work, it was more about what are plans were for the evening, weekends, etc. Take a minute to connect with colleagues to see how they are doing and yes, with a coffee in hand! 🙂
We’ve found that automation can play a huge part in helping our colleagues. To take away those repetitive, mind numbing and laborious activities could be a god send. Why not take this time and automate those processes that will save you time and help you keep your sanity?
We’re finding that more and more companies are now looking seriously to automate as many processes as possible. How are you and your companies embracing technology to ensure work continues during this time? Do you think this new way of working can pave the way for an automation surge?
